Since we chose not to valet park (a feature we thought was attractive), our only option was either to leave our bags at the door and call down to have them delivered at their convenience, or carry them ourselves fromn the parjing lot. However, our experience here the last two nights ranks as one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. As a business owner on the receiving end of reviews, I am very reluctant to give a negative one.
